The memorial is built to pay tribute to Indira Gandhi. It is located in Delhi. Indira Gandhi was our first female prime minister of India. The historic place was the residence of Indira Gandhi earlier. The memorial collects the memory of the lady and it displays the saree which she wore at the time of the assassination. There is also a crystal plaque, which contains the blood stain of Indira Gandhi. 
 
Opening time: It remains open all days between 9:30 am- 5:00 pm except Monday.

Indira Gandhi was called as Ironwoman of India. She was the daughter Jawaharlal Nehru, first prime minister of Independent India. Her own bodyguards gunned her down on Wednesday, October 31, 1984. This museum is built as a tribute to the memory of a great person, leader, and statesperson.
 
The place, which was once a residence of Indira Gandhi, you can look inside her life through it. The museum has objects such as saree, which she wore at the time of the assassination, the crystal plaque containing her blood are all potted in it.
 
The museum in New Delhi includes a library and the living room. The sections are well maintained and reserved just as she kept them.
